International Assignment Consultant

Job Summary

Managing an assigned caseload, the full-time International Assignment Consultant will coordinate all phases of international relocation activities remotely, ensuring compliance with service standards and fostering relationships with clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide single point of coordination for all phases of international relocation activities as per client agreements
• Manage data and reports to ensure compliance with audit requirements and service status maintenance
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and revenue generation while participating in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous experience with international relocation is required
• 2-3 years of customer service experience
• Experience living or working abroad is preferred
• Proficient in relevant software and systems, including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
