International Consultant - CPF Review
Job Summary
To support the strategic review of Tanzania's Country Programming Framework, the part-time International Consultant - CPF Review will conduct a comprehensive review of CPF documentation, facilitate stakeholder consultations, and develop a strategic review report, all while working remotely for a duration of 20 days.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct desk reviews and SWOT analysis to assess the current CPF outcomes and identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats
- Facilitate stakeholder consultations with FAO personnel, government, resource partners, and other stakeholders
- Develop and validate the CPF strategic review report, including analytical briefs on strategic options and priority areas for the next CPF
Required qualifications
- Advanced University degree (Master's) in Agriculture, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field
- At least 10 years of relevant experience with international organizations or government institutions in program evaluation and strategic planning
- Experience in conducting program reviews, stakeholder consultations, and report writing related to development programs
- Full proficiency in English
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and consult with diverse stakeholders effectively
