International Contracts Manager
Job Summary
Managing the full contract lifecycle, the remote International Contracts Manager will oversee U.S. Department of Defense contracts, ensuring compliance with regulations while negotiating and executing complex international defense agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee contract performance and ensure fulfillment of obligations related to DoD, FMS, and DCS programs
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws, regulations, and company policies
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts while coordinating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in contract management, with 3+ years managing international contracts
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Government contracting (FAR/DFARS) and international contracting frameworks
- Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM) is a plus
- Ability to obtain/maintain a Top-Secret DoD clearance; U.S. Citizenship required
