Job Summary
Supporting the U.S. Department of Labor's monitoring and evaluation efforts, the part-time International Development Program/Project Data Analyst will provide data analysis, program monitoring, and impact measurement services in a hybrid work environment, focusing on enhancing program outcomes through data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide management and financial consulting support for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services
- Assess and analyze program data, ensuring accuracy and integrity while producing dashboards and reports
- Monitor program indicators and measure results to drive actionable insights for global initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, economics, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in data quality assessment and indicator analysis
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and data visualization techniques
- Experience with documented analysis of sensitive program data
- Knowledge of management and financial consulting in the government and public services sector
