Job Summary
To support a global labor program environment, the part-time International Development Project Manager will manage monitoring, evaluation, learning (MEL), and data services for the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL | ILAB), ensuring high-quality deliverables while working both onsite and remotely in the Washington, DC area.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee project workflow, ensuring timely completion of deliverables within budget
- Act as the primary liaison between the evaluation team and clients, providing technical assistance and quality control
- Manage staffing logistics and maintain a bench of qualified specialists for evaluation assignments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- At least 5 years of contract management experience in an international development context
- At least 5 years of experience performing and overseeing multiple types of MEL services
- Demonstrated comparable project management experience
- PMP certification is optional but recommended
