Job Summary
Supporting professional development initiatives, the part-time International Development Program/Project Training and Development Specialist will provide training and technical assistance for DOL ILAB Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning (MEL), and Data Services, working remotely and onsite in the Washington, DC area.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver training on indicators, analysis, surveys, and evaluation planning for diverse international audiences
- Facilitate collaborative learning sessions and collect participant feedback to enhance training effectiveness
- Monitor program impacts and translate labor data into actionable insights for clients in the Government and Public Services Sector
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, evaluation, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in adult-learning design and effective facilitation for international audiences
- Knowledge of Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) principles and practices
- Experience in professional and management development training initiatives
- Ability to adapt training materials for diverse linguistic and cultural contexts
