Job Summary
To support international sales teams, the full-time International Logistics Specialist will manage order processing, export documentation, and vendor communication in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Support international sales teams by maintaining customer service levels through timely order processing and tracking vendor deliveries
- Assist with export documentation and obtain necessary certificates and filings for international orders
- Analyze data to identify business problems and drive actions, while preparing recurring and ad hoc reports
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in order processing and purchase order management
- At least 2 years of experience with international shipping and export documentation
- Experience in data analysis and reporting for business operations
- 8 years of customer and vendor relationship management experience
