Working remotely on a full-time basis, the International Mobilization Coach will equip and train national believers to reach the unreached with the gospel, focusing on disciple-making and church planting methodologies.
Key responsibilities
- Mobilize, train, and coach national believers in effective disciple-making and church planting practices
- Cast vision for the Great Commission and facilitate the formation of disciple-making teams
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to overall team strategy and projects
Required qualifications
- Experience in mobilization ministry or church planting movements
- Fluency in the local language and understanding of the local culture
- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through prayer and faith
