A company is looking for an International Move Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage logistics for international household shipments, ensuring efficient and cost-effective routing
• Communicate proactively with agents, vendors, and customers to build relationships and resolve issues
• Generate competitive pricing quotes and manage margin and vendor selection for shipments

Required Qualifications

• Industry experience in freight forwarding or import/export preferred
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Basic understanding of P&L statements and world geography
