Job Summary

A company is looking for an International Quality Assurance Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides administrative support for the Language Assessment & Testing service line and QA evaluation processes
  • Conducts quality evaluations of interpretation sessions and updates interpreter profiles
  • Resolves interpreter inquiries and collaborates with QA Team Members on departmental projects


Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Russian, or Portuguese preferred) with high English proficiency
  • Minimum of 6 months interpreting experience
  • Preferred experience in office administration and/or client service
  • Ability to type 30 WPM or more
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
