International Record to Report Manager

Job Summary

Leading the record-to-report process for international entities, the full-time International Record to Report Manager will ensure accurate and timely financial closing, manage audits, and oversee compliance while working remotely across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring accounts are accurate and delivered within reporting deadlines
• Lead the year-end audit and manage statutory accounts filing in compliance with local GAAP
• Coach and develop the R2R team, driving process improvements and maintaining a strong control framework

Required qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA, or equivalent such as CPA)
• Significant R2R experience, including balance sheet reconciliations and technical accounting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP, with experience in preparing consolidated accounts
• Proven experience managing external audits and compliance with tight deadlines
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with remote teams across multiple locations
