Job Summary
Serving as the navigator of the relocation process, the full-time International Relocation Consultant will coordinate all phases of international assignments, administer relocation policies, and provide exceptional customer service to assignees and their families in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the single point of coordination for all phases of international assignment activities, ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Provide guidance on resource utilization and counsel assignees on maximizing program benefits
- Identify opportunities for service improvements and manage data compliance within company systems
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relocation work experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in the relocation field
- Relocation experience with direct client contact is essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is required
- Strong organizational and planning skills are necessary
