Job Summary
To catalyze church planting movements among unreached people groups, the full-time International Team Lead will manage a cross-cultural team, facilitate spiritual development, and drive strategic vision while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop a Christ-centered team culture focused on mobilization and church planting
- Build relationships with national leaders and facilitate strategic conversations to enhance engagement
- Oversee the personal development plans and training of team members, ensuring alignment with team goals
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated leadership experience
- Completion of a leader development process with a local church
- Prior experience with Launch Global or equivalent organization is preferred
- Fluency in the local language and active engagement in cultural learning
