International Travel Advisor
Job Summary
Providing comprehensive travel services for VIP and executive business travelers, the full-time International Travel Advisor will arrange domestic and international travel, including air, ground transportation, and accommodations, while ensuring high customer satisfaction and mentoring less experienced travel counselors in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Arrange all travel-related services, including bookings for air, rail, car, and hotel accommodations based on client needs
- Communicate effectively with clients to determine travel requirements and provide consultative support to exceed expectations
- Utilize GDS and other resources to manage travel itineraries, monitor flights, and ensure compliance with international travel regulations
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a travel counselor booking corporate/business travel
- Proficiency in Sabre GDS and other travel booking tools
- Strong knowledge of international travel requirements, including routing, fares, and travel documentation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
