Interpreting Project Manager

Job Summary

To manage interpreting projects from initiation to completion, the experienced Interpreting Project Manager will work remotely on a contracted basis, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction across various interpreting services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a diverse range of interpreting projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Advise clients on suitable interpreting solutions and translate their requirements into actionable project plans
• Coordinate and support a network of professional interpreters, ensuring efficient delivery and session management

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in the interpreting industry
• Strong familiarity with Remote Simultaneous Interpreting (RSI) platforms and interpreting equipment
• Excellent proficiency in English, with an additional language such as German or French preferred
• Strong computer and web proficiency
• Ability to manage stress and excel under high pressure while handling a substantial workload efficiently
