Intranet Solutions Manager
Job Summary
Leading intranet strategy and governance, the full-time Intranet Solutions Manager will manage SharePoint-based web solutions, oversee email analytics, and coordinate with stakeholders while working in a hybrid environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage SharePoint governance and strategy, including partnerships with IT and vendor relationships
- Lead team priorities, track SharePoint metrics, and communicate project updates to stakeholders
- Oversee stakeholder training and support, developing materials and troubleshooting technical issues
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of industry experience with 3+ years in employee management
- In-depth technical knowledge of SharePoint, including web parts and permissions
- Experience with email analytics solutions, preferably PoliteMail
- 2+ years of training experience and a customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with HTML and Microsoft Office 365 products
