Inventory Allocation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the execution of Ro's supply plan, the full-time Inventory Allocation Analyst will manage purchasing, inventory allocation, order tracking, and operational coordination across the supplier and pharmacy network, working remotely or from New York, NY.

Key responsibilities

• Execute inventory allocation activities to ensure pharmacies maintain appropriate stock levels while optimizing for shipping costs
• Coordinate inventory transfers across the pharmacy and distribution network to support product availability
• Track supplier acknowledgements and monitor open orders to identify potential supply gaps and escalate material risks

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, logistics, or operations
• Experience managing purchase orders, inventory transfers, and shipment tracking
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems; familiarity with NetSuite is preferred
• Proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills
