Inventory Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting inventory accuracy and valuation, the full-time Inventory Analyst will manage inventory reporting, coordinate cycle counts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a home-based position.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze inventory balances, preparing timely reporting and performance commentary
- Analyze discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions to ensure inventory accuracy
- Collaborate with various departments to improve inventory visibility and resolve issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in inventory analysis, supply chain analytics, or related disciplines
- Working knowledge of inventory accounting and controls, with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP experience preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with reporting tools like Power BI is a plus
