Inventory and Demand Planning Manager

Job Summary

Driving optimal inventory planning and investment, the full-time salaried Inventory and Demand Planning Manager will manage a team of planners, oversee financial and demand planning for specific product categories, and enhance planning systems while working onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial and demand planning for assigned subcategories, ensuring alignment with sales targets and inventory performance
• Direct strategic stock reallocations and inventory consolidations to optimize gross margin and working capital
• Lead the integration and ongoing refinement of planning software and analytical tools to improve forecasting precision

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• 4-6+ years of experience in merchandise financial planning or demand planning with supervisory experience
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into actionable strategies
• Expertise in predictive forecasting, including promotional lift and seasonal trends
• Hands-on experience with enterprise planning software (e.g., Anaplan, SAP APO/IBP)
