Inventory Control Manager

Job Summary

To support clinical supply operations, the full-time contractor Inventory Control Manager will manage inventory planning, control, and reconciliation across the company's outsourced clinical supply network, ensuring accurate visibility into inventory levels while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain inventory forecasts and stocking strategies aligned with protocol requirements and site demand
• Maintain accurate inventory records across systems and lead routine reconciliations with vendors to resolve discrepancies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inventory-related communication with external vendors and coordinate logistics activities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, science, engineering, or a related field required
• 3-5 years of experience in biotech/pharma supply chain or inventory management, including vendor coordination
• Working knowledge of GMP/GDP requirements and inventory management practices in a regulated environment
• Experience with ERP, IRT, or logistics/inventory management systems
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP or similar tools is a plus
