Inventory Control Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Inventory Control team, the remote Specialist II - Inventory Control will analyze inventory shipment transactions, maintain inventory records, and ensure accurate merchandise tracking while collaborating with retail locations and distribution centers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing store inventory to contribute to retail operations profitability
• Process and resolve issues from incoming communications while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders
• Oversee annual physical inventory, including reconciliation and reporting of results

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service-focused environment, preferably in Inventory or Accounting
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn Inventory Management systems quickly
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel
• Demonstrated analytical and mathematical abilities
• Self-starter with strong team collaboration skills and flexibility
