Inventory Manager

Job Summary

To ensure accurate inventory management, the remote Inventory Manager will oversee inventory accuracy, control, costing, planning, and reporting while collaborating with various teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Own inventory accuracy across warehouses, 3PLs, and internal inventory locations
• Monitor inventory balances and investigate discrepancies between ERP records and physical inventory
• Develop and execute cycle count and physical inventory programs

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of inventory management, control, or accounting experience in CPG or similar environments
• Experience working with 3PLs and managing data and communication gaps
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience with an ERP system
• Demonstrated ability to build or improve processes in a startup environment
• Sharp analytical skills with a focus on identifying root causes of discrepancies
