Inventory Manager

Job Summary

To support inventory management across various operations, the full-time Inventory Manager will oversee finished goods inventory, manage transactions, and drive actions to reduce aged and obsolete stock while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of finished goods to 3PLs and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
• Manage inventory transactions, including cycle count verification and physical inventory counts
• Support month-end and quarter-end inventory close activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in inventory management

Required Qualifications

• CPG/FMCG inventory management experience required
• College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience managing finished goods inventory across 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and D2C operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Experience with new item setup and BOM creation/maintenance in an ERP system
