Inventory Manager

Job Summary

To oversee finished goods inventory across contract manufacturers, third-party logistics providers, and direct-to-consumer operations, the full-time Inventory Manager will manage inventory accuracy, transactions, and reconciliation processes in a 100% remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment of finished goods to 3PLs and maintain accurate inventory records across all locations
• Manage inventory transactions, including cycle count verification and physical inventory counts
• Drive actions to reduce aged and obsolete inventory while supporting month-end and quarter-end inventory close activities

Required Qualifications

• CPG/FMCG inventory management experience required
• College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience managing finished goods inventory across 3PLs, contract manufacturers, and D2C operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Experience with new item setup and BOM creation/maintenance in an ERP system
