Job Summary

Managing replenishment and order writing for Furniture and Monitors, the full-time Inventory Planner - Furniture will oversee inventory flow across a complex dropship vendor base, ensuring alignment with forecast and in-stock targets while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute replenishment and order writing, maintaining inventory alignment with sales forecasts
• Manage dropship vendor relationships, tracking availability and resolving discrepancies proactively
• Analyze monthly Open-to-Buy inputs, including trend analysis and risk flags for the category

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing dropship inventory and replenishment
• Proficiency in planning systems and advanced Excel skills for large data sets
• Strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts
• Experience coordinating with vendors on availability and delivery timing
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in inventory management
