Investigative Consultant (Ethics)

Job Summary

Supporting the company's Business Conduct Program, the full-time remote Investigative Consultant (Ethics) will conduct investigations into unethical behavior, manage case reporting systems, and assist in the development and implementation of ethics training and policies.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and investigate reports of suspected misconduct, documenting findings and collaborating with stakeholders
• Manage the company's case management system, including the anonymous reporting channel, to facilitate routine reporting and analysis
• Assist in maintaining and implementing components of the Business Conduct Program, ensuring compliance with laws and internal policies

Required qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in business conduct programs or ethics investigations
• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctorate or relevant post-graduate degree preferred
• Experience with internal investigations in law enforcement or government may substitute for required experience
• Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of an organization
• Current knowledge of federal and state laws related to ethics and compliance
