Job Summary
Fluent in both English and Brazilian Portuguese, the full-time Investigator Support Coordinator will support investigator sites through effective communication, manage phone interactions, resolve accession holds, and deliver results while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize patient safety and escalate concerns for resolution
- Notify investigator sites and sponsors of lab results and respond to project-related inquiries
- Monitor and resolve accession holds, updating databases and communicating additional testing needs
Required qualifications
- High school diploma
- One year of customer service experience
- Fluency in both English and Brazilian Portuguese
