Investment Administration Associate
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and analytical, the full-time remote Investment Administration Associate will manage investment operations, including fund reporting, transaction monitoring, and data reconciliation while collaborating on process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual fund reporting, ensuring data quality and integrity
- Support new investment processing and assist in the preparation of client reporting deliverables
- Proactively propose and document process improvement opportunities for the Investment Operations Team
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or related field with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with private investment data preferred
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft 365 applications
- Knowledge of impact investing and various investment structures
- Experience in a virtual working environment and familiarity with collaboration tools like Box and Asana preferred
