Investment Analyst
Job Summary
To support a growing investment team, the full-time salaried Investment Analyst will analyze and report on values and impact investments, assist with proxy voting and stewardship activities, and conduct climate analysis while working in a hybrid onsite/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Produce reports on the Common Endowment Fund's carbon footprint and climate-related risks
- Support proxy voting activities and develop guidelines for company engagements
- Conduct community investment research and maintain the investment pipeline
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or investment analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Sustainability, or a related field
- Demonstrated interest in sustainable and community investing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Understanding of anti-racism and multiculturalism issues, with experience in BIPOC communities valued
