Investment Banking Analyst

Job Summary

To support investor relations, the full-time remote Investment Banking Analyst will research and qualify investor lists, initiate conversations, and book meetings with founders while managing accurate records of interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify investor lists based on opportunity stage, sector, check size, and recent activity before outreach
• Craft personalized messages to initiate conversations with potential investors and convert replies into calls
• Schedule meetings between qualified investors and founders, providing necessary context for discussions

Required qualifications

• Experience as an analyst in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, or capital advisory
• Ability to differentiate between long lists and qualified investor lists, with a clear methodology for qualification
• Proficient in writing concise, targeted messages that elicit responses from busy investors
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high pace while ensuring quality and adhering to processes
• Familiarity with AI tools and their appropriate application in enhancing work quality
