Bringing investor opportunities to fruition, the full-time Investment Banking Associate will manage investor processes, maintain relationships, and ensure effective engagement with high-net-worth individuals and family offices in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage investor processes for each opportunity, ensuring appropriate follow-up and clear answers
• Maintain and grow personal investor relationships, keeping them current and qualified
• Understand investor preferences to effectively match opportunities and facilitate ongoing engagement

Required qualifications

• Experience in live capital raises or M&A processes with direct outreach to investors
• Established personal investor relationships with a clear understanding of their origins
• Knowledge of investor requirements for meetings and effective communication strategies
• High attention to detail and precision in communications to maintain trust
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in enhancing work quality
