Investment Management Technology Director

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and implementation of a modern investment technology ecosystem, the full-time Managing Director, Head of Investment Management Technology will oversee the development of integrated systems supporting the investment lifecycle across front, middle, and back office functions while ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a comprehensive investment technology ecosystem that supports all aspects of the investment lifecycle
• Establish a robust data governance framework to ensure high-quality, actionable data across the investment organization
• Lead large-scale technology transformation initiatives, including modernization of legacy systems and integration of emerging technologies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications preferred
• 10+ years of leadership experience in investment technology or systems architecture within financial services
• Deep understanding of investment workflows across front, middle, and back office functions
• Expertise with investment systems and data platforms such as Bloomberg AIM and Snowflake
• Proven ability to lead complex transformation programs and manage cross-functional teams
