Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential day-to-day investment operations support, the full-time Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade processing, data reconciliation, and client relations while working in a hybrid telecommuting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process investment transactions, including trade entries and confirmations, ensuring timely settlement
• Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between various systems and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain client relationships by providing timely and accurate information regarding investments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in an Investments or Finance-related field
• Experience with Bloomberg or other trade order management systems is highly preferred
• Knowledge of investments, including fixed income
• Strong technology focus with an interest in automating repetitive tasks
