Investment Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Providing essential support to investment portfolio managers and traders, the full-time remote Investment Operations Analyst will manage trade processing, ensure data accuracy through reconciliations, and maintain client relations while participating in special projects.

Key responsibilities

• Process investment transactions, including trade entry and settlement confirmation
• Perform reconciliations to ensure data accuracy between various systems and resolve identified issues
• Maintain client relations by providing timely and accurate investment information

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 2+ years in an Investments or Finance-related field
• Experience with Bloomberg or other trade order management systems preferred
• Knowledge of investments, including fixed income
• Strong technology focus with an interest in automating repetitive tasks
