Investment Operations Associate
Job Summary
To support the Investment Services team, the full-time remote Investment Operations Associate will manage investment execution and post-investment monitoring for private debt and equity impact investments, ensuring compliance and enhancing client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Review client-recommended investments for suitability and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulations
- Support investment data entry and create loan schedules within multiple investment management systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, investment operations, or related fields
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Exposure to impact investing and private market investing across various asset classes
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and familiarity with investment management systems
- Experience working in a virtual environment preferred
