Investment Operations AVP

Job Summary

Supporting the investment lifecycle, the full-time remote AVP, Investment Operations will manage the onboarding of asset managers, oversee private credit investment processes, and drive operational excellence through effective controls and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of new reinsurance deals and asset managers, driving standardization and process improvements
• Oversee post-trade operations, settlement workflows, and coordinate capital calls and distributions with fund administrators
• Review and maintain standard procedures, enhance KPI frameworks, and lead the development of automated reports and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in investment operations, fund accounting, or asset management processes
• Strong working knowledge of Fixed Income securities and experience with private credit, private equity, or structured/illiquid assets
• Exposure to insurance or reinsurance investment portfolios and statutory reporting preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
