Investment Research Associate

Job Summary

To support a growing investment management practice, the full-time Investment Research Associate will conduct manager and investment due diligence, analyze market trends and macroeconomic factors, and participate in client discussions to inform investment strategies.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Investment Research team to source and implement investment strategies for clients
• Monitor and analyze macroeconomic indicators to assess their impact on markets and client portfolios
• Engage in client meetings to explain investment approaches and provide market analysis

Required qualifications:

• 1-4 years of experience or demonstrated interest in investment management
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical reasoning skills
• Knowledge of investment management concepts, particularly asset allocation and portfolio construction
• Familiarity with Excel, Bloomberg, and other relevant data systems
• High ethical standards and a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
