Leading a team of five associates, the full-time Investment Team Lead will oversee investment relationships, manage weekly pipeline reviews, and ensure high match quality for investor and founder interactions in a fully remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance of the investment team associates
- Conduct weekly pipeline reviews to assess ongoing deals and determine necessary adjustments
- Maintain senior investor relationships and participate in critical investor conversations
Required qualifications
- Experience managing 5 to 10 analysts or associates at a VC or growth fund
- Proven deal judgment with the ability to assess venture-backable companies
- Established network across funds and family offices from years of sourcing and co-investing
- Experience running pipeline meetings and handling performance issues with junior investors
- Strong writing skills for creating concise and compelling investor pitches
