Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the VP of Investor Relations, the full-time Investor Relations Manager will manage relationships with analysts and investors, enhance valuation models, and prepare public communications in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and buy-side investors
• Draft and prepare quarterly earnings materials and manage the earnings process logistics
• Track analyst and investor feedback to inform messaging and enhance IR reporting infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial analysis or strategy
• Strong proficiency in financial statements and modeling, including valuation
• Working knowledge of capital markets, particularly equities
• Familiarity with disclosure and regulatory obligations of a public financial services company
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with comfort presenting to senior management
