Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with executive leadership, the full-time remote Investor Relations Manager will build and manage an effective IR program, focusing on investor engagement, financial modeling, and process automation to enhance communication with the investment community.

Key responsibilities

• Track analyst models and deliver actionable insights to executive leadership
• Manage investor communications and coordinate corporate events and roadshows
• Analyze shareholder data to prioritize outreach to investors and prepare briefing materials for meetings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in equity research, FP&A, accounting, audit, or investment banking
• Experience in building integrated financial models, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
• Strong understanding of corporate valuation methodologies and financial market dynamics
• Exceptional project management and data management skills with a focus on process standardization
• Proficiency with financial tools and automation platforms such as FactSet, AlphaSense, or SQL
