Investor Relations Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Investor Relations Manager, the successful candidate will manage quarterly earnings processes, develop investor messaging, and maintain relationships with investors while collaborating closely with executive leadership and various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the quarterly earnings process, including the shareholder letter, earnings call script, and investor presentation
• Plan and execute Yelp's investor relations strategy, focusing on investor targeting and meeting preparations
• Develop and communicate clear investor messaging regarding the company's strategy and financial performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, investment banking, corporate finance, or asset management
• Strong understanding of financial statement analysis, valuation, and public company reporting
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience using financial tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet
• Experience in technology, internet, or marketplace companies is preferred; an MBA and/or CFA designation is a plus
