Job Summary
To support a growing capital formation and investor relations team, the remote Investor Relations Specialist will cultivate relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, focusing on presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, paid role.
Key responsibilities
- Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
- Conduct outreach through LinkedIn, email, phone, and referrals to generate investor conversations
- Manage investor communications and maintain relationship continuity through organized follow-up and CRM activity
Required qualifications
- Prior investor relations, capital formation, fundraising, or investor-facing experience
- Existing professional network that includes or can reach accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
- Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
- Self-directed and reliable, with the ability to work remotely
- Able to maintain organized follow-up and CRM activity
