Investor Relations Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing capital formation team, the remote Investor Relations Specialist will cultivate relationships with private equity firms, accredited investors, and family offices, focusing on presenting investment opportunities and closing deals in a flexible, part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Activate and expand professional networks to connect with accredited investors and family offices
• Engage in outreach through LinkedIn, email, and phone to secure introductions and book qualified investor conversations
• Maintain investor follow-up, manage communications, and support ongoing fundraising campaigns

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in investor relations, capital formation, or fundraising
• Existing professional network that includes accredited investors and/or family offices in North America
• Comfortable asking for introductions and referrals
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to work remotely
• Organized in maintaining follow-up and CRM activity
