Job Summary

Leading a team of five associates, the full-time Investor Relations Team Lead will manage investor relations activities, including mandate calls and pitches, while providing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set weekly priorities and targets for the investor relations team
• Conduct calls with team members, reviewing pitches and providing real-time coaching
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and performance development of associates

Required qualifications

• Proven leadership experience managing a team of around five people
• Background in investment, such as family offices, VC, growth funds, or investment banking
• Understanding of family office decision-making processes and founder call dynamics
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and maintain high standards
• Familiarity with AI tools and CRM systems for administrative tasks
