Invoice Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Corporate Advance function, the fully remote Invoice Management Analyst will manage ICE Invoice Management systems, assist with invoice workflows and fee codes, and ensure accurate classification and reporting of servicing-related expenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for ICE Invoice Management workflows and system processes
• Research and resolve invoice issues, including coding errors and workflow exceptions
• Prepare recurring reports, including KPI dashboards and exception reports

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3-5 years of mortgage servicing, operations, or related experience preferred
• Expert experience with ICE Invoice Management (IM) and MSP
• Strong understanding of invoice processing and financial operations
• Intermediate Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas
