Invoicing Consultant
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Invoicing Consultant will research and remediate invoicing discrepancies for the commercial business line while analyzing data to propose solutions and improve operational processes.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies using Salesforce and partner invoices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate discrepancies and update records as necessary
- Analyze invoice discrepancy data to identify patterns and propose updates to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the solar industry, particularly with technical troubleshooting
- 2+ years of invoicing experience
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Familiarity with invoicing processes in a large, regulated environment
- Background in commercial solar systems is a plus
