Job Summary
Owning the mobile roadmap for Superhuman Mail, the full-time remote iOS Engineer will manage high-complexity engineering initiatives, define the technical vision for the mobile platform, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and own high-impact engineering initiatives across multiple teams
- Define and manage the one-to-two-year technical vision for the mobile platform, ensuring scalability and reliability
- Mentor senior engineers and drive alignment across functions to achieve project outcomes
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in iOS development or related roles, with additional full-stack development experience preferred
- Expertise in Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI, and iOS frameworks
- Proven track record of shipping high-quality mobile experiences
- Experience in early-stage or new-product environments
- Strong product instincts with a focus on end-user experience and effective prioritization
