Job Summary
Monitoring fleet telematics data, the full-time remote IoT Solutions Engineering Manager will enhance customer experience by utilizing machine intelligence and analytics to support predictive maintenance and improve communication with sales and support teams.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor telematics data daily to identify predictive and preventative maintenance opportunities for Power & HVAC equipment
- Provide technical input to the sales team on proposals and complete weekly status updates on equipment
- Utilize CRM for effective customer communications and collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Associate's Degree or equivalent experience with 3-5 years in a technical role, preferably in equipment service
- Technical aptitude in generators, electrical power distribution, switchgear, and HVAC systems
- Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports related to sales and customer service processes
- Journeyman Electrician or technical certification, with EPA (HVAC) preferred
- Flexibility to work extended hours and be on-call as needed
