Iowa Licensed Behavior Analyst
Job Summary
To support a mission-driven team, the full-time Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will design individualized programming focused on communication, independence, and self-advocacy while conducting assessments and supervising ABA technicians.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments
- Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individual goals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians, implementing and monitoring progress of individualized behavior support plans
Required qualifications
- Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Eligible to provide supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
- 2 to 3 years of experience in the ABA field, working with a variety of ages
- Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role
