Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Iowa Licensed Claims Examiner, the full-time position will manage workers' compensation claims, including litigated and complicated medical cases, while working remotely from the Midwest.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle and oversee workers' compensation claims to control costs and assist injured workers in returning to work
• Manage litigated claims and files with larger losses effectively
• Collaborate with clients to mitigate exposure and ensure compliance with relevant regulations

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of progressive experience in workers' compensation claims handling
• Experience with litigated claims and larger loss files
• Preferred knowledge of Midwest jurisdictions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
